Is this the same Setup by Kerux8?
Yes. The social media service is now part of the main Kerux8 website. Choose a plan here and speak directly with our team to get started.
What happens when I choose a plan?
A short form opens. Share your name, business, email and phone or WhatsApp number. We receive your enquiry and contact you to agree the details. You do not need an account, and no payment is taken on this website.
Which social platforms can you manage?
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. We’ll help choose the right mix for your business within your plan’s platform allowance. If you need Pinterest or another channel, ask us to confirm availability before we agree the scope.
Do I keep my accounts and content?
Yes. Your pages are created under your own email and phone number. You keep access, and the graphics and videos we create are sent to you too. We never ask you to enter passwords in this enquiry form.
What if I already have a logo and social pages?
We can work with your existing identity and optimise your pages. Tell us what you already have, and we’ll agree what needs doing before you pay.
What happens after the first month?
You can keep running your pages yourself or continue with our team at the listed ongoing price. Nothing renews automatically. Yearly plans include twelve months of management for the cost of ten management periods, with setup included in the first period.
Are paid ads included?
These plans cover social setup, content and management. Advertising spend and paid campaign management are scoped separately. Tell us if you’d like to add them.
